This qualitative study explored the experiences of 1,983 people living with recurrent UTI, identifying two major themes: (1) the patient burden of recurrent UTI, which describes the multifaceted biopsychosocial impact of this condition, and (2) healthcare disillusionment, which describes patient dissatisfaction with healthcare received.
